Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service are an agreement between the user and Beautiqx Limited, doing business as Alessio. They govern use of tryalessio.com, the Alessio iMessage and SMS experience, the fit-check reports, and the virtual try-on mirror (together, the "Services"). By texting Alessio or using the site, the user agrees to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. Users who do not agree should not use the Services. Questions can be sent to hello@tryalessio.com.

2. The Services

Alessio rates outfits and helps users dress better: scored fit reports from outfit photos, styling recommendations over text, and a virtual try-on mirror that previews garments on the user through their live camera feed. Product links users send are looked up on the retailer's public listing so the piece can be shown in the mirror.

Alessio is not a store. Garments shown in the mirror are sold by third-party retailers under those retailers' own prices, terms, and availability. Alessio is not a party to any purchase from a retailer and is not responsible for retailer listings being accurate or in stock.

3. Eligibility

Users must be at least 13 years old. Users under the age of majority where they live may use the Services only with a parent or guardian's consent. Paid features may only be purchased with a payment method the user is authorized to use.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

• Paid access ("the pass") is a recurring subscription billed at the price shown at checkout, through Apple Pay, until cancelled.
• The pass renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless auto-renew is switched off before the period ends.
• Cancel anytime by texting Alessio (asking to cancel is enough) or via tryalessio.com/cancel. Cancelling switches off auto-renew; access continues through the end of the period already paid for.
• If a renewal payment fails, the payment provider retries automatically; access runs to the end of the paid period and lapses if payment is not completed.

5. Refunds

Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started. In-product session credits consumed by a try-on that demonstrably failed may be returned automatically by the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits refund rights that applicable consumer law makes mandatory.

6. The Mirror Is a Preview

The virtual try-on is an AI visualization, not a fitting. Rendered color, texture, cut, and fit are approximations and can differ from the physical garment; the mirror does not measure sizing and is not a promise that a garment will fit or look the same in person. Fit reports and style advice are opinions generated by AI for entertainment and guidance, not professional advice. Purchase decisions belong to the user.

7. Acceptable Use

• Use the Services only lawfully and only for their intended personal purpose.
• No sending unlawful, infringing, or NSFW content; the camera experiences must be used clothed.
• No harassing or abusive treatment of the Services, no attempts to break, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or resell them, and no impersonating another person.
• Alessio may limit, suspend, or end access for violations, abuse of usage limits, or suspected fraud.

8. User Content

Users keep ownership of the photos, videos, and messages they send. By using the Services, the user grants Beautiqx Limited a limited license to store and process that content to operate the Services — scoring fits, generating replies, rendering try-ons, and the safety review described in the Privacy Policy. Users must only send content they have the right to share.

9. Alessio's Property

The Services — including the site, the mirror, the software behind them, and the Alessio name and look — belong to Beautiqx Limited or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer any of that to users. Third-party product images shown in the mirror remain the property of their respective owners and are displayed to the user for personal try-on preview only.

10. Disclaimers and Liability

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beautiqx Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and its total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amounts the user paid for the Services in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Changes and Termination

Alessio may update these Terms as the Services evolve; the "last updated" date above changes when that happens, and continued use after a change is acceptance of the updated Terms. Users can stop using the Services at any time; texting STOP ends messages, and cancelling the pass ends billing. Alessio may discontinue or change the Services, and may terminate access under Section 7.

12. General

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Beautiqx Limited in its place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the consumer protection law of the user's home jurisdiction mandatorily applies. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between the user and Beautiqx Limited about the Services.
