This update clarifies Apple subscription billing, cancellation, refunds, and account deletion. The camera recording and safety terms are unchanged from the September 18, 2026 version; this clarification does not reset that camera acknowledgment. Fresh consent will be requested where required by applicable law or Google policy.
These Terms of Service are an agreement between the user and Beautiqxx LLC, doing business as Alessio ("Alessio," "we," "us," or "our"). They govern use of tryalessio.com, Alessio over iMessage or SMS, fit-check reports, the account dashboard, the Alessio iOS app, clothing Wrapped, and the virtual try-on mirror (together, the "Services"). By creating an account, texting Alessio, checking the agreement box, or using the Services, the user agrees to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. The agreement box is a general acceptance of those documents; details about cameras, recording, moderation, retention, and deletion are in these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Users must acknowledge the current camera recording and safety notice presented before using a camera feature. Users who do not agree should not use the Services. Questions can be sent to hello@tryalessio.com.
Social sharing is optional and requires an explicit Publish action. Posts are shared with followers; importing receipts and adding private clothing do not automatically share them. You are responsible for the content and photos you choose to publish and must have the rights needed to share them. Do not publish receipt evidence, payment information, private contact details, harassment, threats, hate, sexual exploitation, graphic violence, spam, or other unlawful or abusive material.
Alessio uses automated screening and may reject publication when screening fails or a provider is unavailable. Users can report profiles, posts, and comments and block other users in the app. Reports are reviewed by authorized operators, who may remove content or restrict accounts. For urgent concerns or appeals, contact hello@tryalessio.com. Automated screening can make mistakes; it does not guarantee that all harmful content will be detected. Removing a post prevents further in-app access but cannot retract copies someone already saved.
Alessio rates outfits and helps users dress better: scored fit reports from outfit photos, styling recommendations over text, and a virtual try-on mirror that previews garments on the user through their live camera feed. Product links users send are looked up on the retailer's public listing so the piece can be shown in the mirror. With permission, Alessio can also build a closet and style profile from purchase receipts — receipts a user shares directly, or clothing receipts found through a read-only Gmail search the user authorizes, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Alessio is not a store. Garments shown in the mirror are sold by third-party retailers under those retailers' own prices, terms, and availability. Alessio is not a party to any purchase from a retailer and is not responsible for retailer listings being accurate or in stock.
Connect only an email account you own or are authorized to use. Choosing to connect authorizes Alessio to search and retrieve matching purchase messages, convert them to text, and send that text and message headers to OpenAI for clothing extraction and style summaries, as disclosed before connection and in the Privacy Policy. The text may include personal details contained in the messages; processing is not limited to anonymous purchase fields. Alessio retains the connection credential or identifier for requested refreshes and saves extracted purchases and summaries to your account. Google authorization does not grant OpenAI direct mailbox access.
Receipt import may also match product-image references in retrieved messages to clothing items, retrieve those images from retailer or image hosts, and save photos in your app. Text and opaque image identifiers support automated matching; this step does not send receipt-import photo bytes or source image URLs to OpenAI. Images may be unavailable or incorrectly matched, so review imported items and replace photos when needed.
Wrapped and receipt-derived closet or style results are automated estimates from the messages successfully processed, not a complete inventory or verified financial record. Scans can miss or misclassify purchases, repeat items, or fail to reflect cancellations, returns, refunds, discounts, taxes, shipping, or quantities correctly. Review the results before relying on them. Currency totals are based on the amounts found, and a partial or failed scan does not establish that you made no clothing purchases. Feature availability depends on provider access and service limits.
Gmail connection is optional. You can revoke access through your Google account connections; that stops future access but does not itself delete results already saved in Alessio. Authenticated account deletion or a privacy request to hello@tryalessio.com addresses those saved records under the Privacy Policy. Your original Gmail messages are not deleted by Alessio. Google data and derived information remain subject to Google's Limited Use restrictions; the content license in Section 9 does not authorize advertising use, sale, or general-purpose AI model training with that data.
Users must be at least 13 years old. Users under the age of majority where they live may use the Services only with a parent or guardian's consent. Paid features may only be purchased with a payment method the user is authorized to use.
The following terms apply to memberships billed through Linq and Stripe, including Apple Pay purchases outside Apple's In-App Purchase system.
For Apple-billed subscriptions, request a refund through Apple's refund service. Apple determines eligibility under its applicable terms and consumer law. Alessio does not issue refunds for Apple In-App Purchases directly.
For memberships purchased by text or on the web, except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started. If an account with a web annual commitment is deleted, access is revoked and the next annual renewal is disabled, but the remaining committed monthly payments continue through the commitment end.
A failed try-on may have its associated usage restored automatically. Cancellation or account deletion does not create an automatic refund. Nothing in these Terms limits refund, cancellation, cooling-off, or other rights that applicable consumer law makes mandatory.
The virtual try-on is an AI visualization, not a fitting. Rendered color, texture, cut, and fit are approximations and can differ from the physical garment; the mirror does not measure sizing and is not a promise that a garment will fit or look the same in person. Fit reports and style advice are opinions generated by AI for entertainment and guidance, not professional advice. Purchase decisions belong to the user.
For users accepted into a mirror session, the mirror session is recorded by default. There is no separate recording opt-out. The account deletion control described below is the control for deleting ordinary recordings, subject to legal holds and other retention required or permitted by law.
Camera surfaces use live automated moderation for sexual content, self-harm, and graphic violence. A camera experience may terminate automatically or promptly when the system detects or reasonably suspects that content. Frames used for this live moderation are transient and are not archived as moderation frames. An accepted mirror session may still be retained as the ordinary session recording under the Privacy Policy.
Users keep ownership of the photos, recordings, videos, and messages they provide, and of content they authorize Alessio to retrieve, such as Gmail receipt messages. By using the Services, the user grants Beautiqxx LLC a limited, worldwide license to host, copy, transmit, and process that content only as needed to operate, secure, and enforce the Services, including scoring fits, generating replies, rendering and recording try-ons, extracting purchase details from receipts, conducting safety moderation and review, investigating flags, preventing fraud, resolving disputes, and complying with law. Users must only provide content they have the right to share.
Alessio does not currently use mirror recordings for AI model training or fine-tuning, model evaluation, product improvement, marketing or content, or styling personalization. This describes current practice and may be changed only through an updated policy and any consent required by law.
The Services, including the site, the mirror, the software behind them, and the Alessio name and look, belong to Beautiqxx LLC or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer any of that to users. Third-party product images shown in the mirror remain the property of their respective owners and are displayed to the user for personal try-on preview only.
Users may delete their account through the authenticated account dashboard or from within the Alessio iOS app. Account deletion disables future renewal for a web membership, revokes access, and deletes ordinary mirror recordings, photos, profile information, saved receipt purchases and summaries, receipt-connection credentials, and conversation memory associated with the account. Account deletion does not cancel an Apple-billed subscription; cancel it separately in your Apple Account's subscription settings as described in Section 4. Deletion does not itself create an automatic refund. Alessio may retain information subject to a legal hold or required for payment processing, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or other legal obligations. Service providers may also retain information where independently required by law.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beautiqxx LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and its total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amounts the user paid for the Services in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Alessio may update these Terms as the Services evolve. The revised version will show a new "last updated" date. Alessio may post the revision and may send a general email stating that its policies were updated with a link to the revised version. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where legally permitted. Alessio will obtain fresh consent where applicable law requires it. Camera access requires acknowledgment of the current camera recording and safety notice presented before use.
Users can stop using the Services at any time. Texting STOP ends marketing or service messages as applicable, but it does not cancel billing. Membership cancellation must be completed under Section 4. Alessio may discontinue or change the Services and may terminate access for a violation of these Terms, safety concerns, fraud, or legal reasons.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Beautiqxx LLC in its place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the consumer protection law of the user's home jurisdiction mandatorily applies. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between the user and Beautiqxx LLC about the Services.
